Od 1899 także oficjalny biuletyn miejski, z odpowiednim podtytułem: Zugleich Amtlicher Anzeiger für die städtischen Behörden. W 1912 roku zmiana podtytułu: Amtlicher Anzeiger für die städtischen Behörden. Dodatek (od 1938 roku): Grenzlandheimat. Heimatblätter für Stadt und Kreis Namslau.
